SEVERED AGREEMENT-LIQUIDATE DAMAGES FOR DELAY
If buyer does not complete the severance of the goods by [Date to compelte severance], buyer shall pay to the seller $ [Penalty Payment] Dollars as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, for every days delay in the failure to sever.
